The MPD kit is expensive but I like the look. My only gripe is the bolts holding it on have surface rust. They should have been painted better or been an alloy.

To cover the inlet hole in the intake tube I found a plastic garbage can at Target with a similar texture pattern....cut a round piece, and JB welded it over the hole then touched up the edges.

I send the hose out on the passenger side as you can see. I would never mess with a catch can or some sort of baffle because I want the least restriction to outward flow.

One more option that came to mind:

http://vibrantperformance.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=1022_1300_1208&products_id=1061

Saw this on a honda before, cheap way without welding the valve cover(on hondas). I verified the oil cap thread pitch and its the same as fords(took the cap off my B16 SIR and test fit on the truck). Being -8(1/2 ID) on the vibrant, -12(3/4" ID) on the z10, not crazy large but would work well in conjuction with the 1" open ended CCV's most of us run.

Thoughts? Price is cheap, $48..

Also worth a read from the vibrant site,

http://vibrantperformance.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=1026&products_id=1243

Dump from your CCV right into the DP.

im not sure doing this into the DP would be such a great idea, due to the temps of diesel egt's, but with stainless lines it wouldnt be too big of an issue. i know of people dumping into the rear of the exhaust, for temp safety, that should be a cool option either way. did it say 1.25" inlet? we would need a 1.25" outlet or some adaptive fitting from 1" to make it work.

Only crappy thing is -10 is 5/8". Which may be a bottleneck, or may work since its pulling a vacuum. Stainless compressor hose would hold up to the temp.

anything less than 1" is not recommended, considering international calls for 1" with stock twins.
