I've beat the ever living hell out of my Converter for over 2 years, over 100 hooks on it, tons of burnout outs, 50+ Dyno runs loaded HARD, Never slipped... and i have 3 years of warranty left.

Would you also recommend a slightly lower stall speed for a stock air/fuel truck, shoot me a pm on price also if you don't mind.

Just do the converter and shaft/s if you really want to and you'll be fine with just tunes. Mine held up great when the truck was just stock w/ tunes

Guys, don't forget stall speed changes with horsepower levels. A "2000" rpm stall converter on a 400hp truck is not a 2000 rpm stall on a 600hp truck.

Once you know that, it really makes you wonder how the converters are rated... reminds me of labeling injectors 100hp.

:whs:

rated stall and actual stall are often two very different numbers.

I'm ordering my transmission today, going with a twisted stage 3.

My question is should i go with a lower stall than stock or stay with stock stall? Mods are in my sig, but when money allows i'm going to step up to a barder 68mm with 70mm exhaust.
