So I've decided to go ahead and start my build while i'm in Iraq. Truck is a 2006 Harley Davidson F350 w/58,000 original miles. Shooting for 550rwhp. Suggestions are HIGHLY encouraged!!!!

Here's what is going on:
Elite Powermaxx SSX(eventually sending the SSX back to Elite for a billet wheel upgrade)
Warren 190/75's or 190/100's
58v FICM with Swamp's ATLAS 80 tune
WaterMeth Kit(undecided)
Banks Power Techni-cooler system with intake elbow and hard piping
FASS fuel system
Driven Diesel regulated return
Suncoast Iron-Pac 3 rebuild
Suncoast Billet TC
RCD billet input shaft

Here's what is already done:
Bulletproofed motor 4k ago
40hp FICM tune
SCT with innovative tunes and TSD Super Panty Dropper tune
4inch straight pipe with no kitty
03 Turbo swap(which will probably be for sale soon)
8inch lift
20x14 XD Riots w/ 37x13.50 Toyo Open Country M/T

So there's the list guys.... Let me know what you think.

Semper Fi!!!!

That's closer to a potential 600whp list. Do you still need to be able to tow?

600rwhp on 37s?

Garrett

probably getting paid at work to post this from my POS phone

Didnt pay attention to the 37s...

Valid point

I've already bought the turbo but going to look into the ported manifold.
If I change turbos, then i'm going RCD 68mm Powermaxx with billet batmowheel. That's about as big as I want to go.

The 68 pmax is a good choice as well. I ran one with 205s. I liked that setup...

I opted to goto a non vgt & kinda regret it

Yeah I'm trying to stay with a VGT setup. If I decide later down the road I want more power I'll go with compounds but that's highly unlikely. This is my daily when I come home for leave so I'm trying to keep it as practical and reliable as possible. At least until I get another vehicle lol

Yep. You can make good good power with a vgt charger

i would stick with the atlas 40 for right now as mine with 190/100's and atlas 40 and extreme x was pretty smoky.

I agree!!!

Many of my tuners say that the truck will actually run worse on anything bigger than atlas 40. Make sure you communicate with your tuner first.
