Not to take away from James at all, but we at Vision Diesel Performance have a 68 and 71 on the market as well. They have tested great.

Finally got the rest of my stuff for my transmission putting it together as we speak thats the last thing I need to run it.

Well got evrything running haf the 71mm paired with a set of my 215/100 injectors, ported manifold, cam etc... This thing is nasty! Spools very well and rips took it out for a little break in drive rolled into the throttle twice at 30-40 mph and went sideways in the road. Was heading back to the shop to hook up some analog gauges and do some datalogging with it and bent a rod :doh::doh:. So tearing down now have rods, pistons etc on the way trying to get back together for TS where I will dyno and run it on the track just for fun. I will keep you updated but so far I was very impressed! I was taking a big gamble on a 250k mile bottom end and lost badly.

I'm not really sure I bought the truck non running with 250k+ miles didn't know the condition of the engine. Was just running a canned Sct street tune breaking it in.

NICE!!!! Lol I have 67,000 on my truck and bent 4 pushrods plus broke a rocker arm 3 days before Dyno Provens dyno day. Lucky we got it put back together in time. I wish I could be there for TS. I don't get back from Iraq until June 12th :biggun:

Made my own delta line kit and truck is running perfect. Before I had a 15-20 degree spread with my EOT's maxing out at high 220's. Now I have a 3-4 degree spread with my EOT's maxing out at 208. Truck is happy again and all is right in the world lol

I agree with kyle, I just put one on my truck and I am completely happy with it. It cleans my 285s up to a haze

It wasnt a actual Barder 68 built out of a powermax though was it? I thought James said it was built out of some old school Elite VGT turbo and not the same as his normal 68mm?
