Cab creak

Thanks gentleman! I put some grease on those cab mounts this afternoon and everything seems fine! No creaks driving home. Super happy. Thanks again!

Well just read your post after the grease, maybe it is the door after all. Check the weather striping, maybe it has shrunk some over time and isn't contacting the door as tightly. Could try inserting vinyl tubing into the weather striping for a tighter seal and see if that helps. If not I would look at the rear suspension bushings.

i have sprayed liquid silicone lubricant on the foam door seals to stop squeaks in the past. ...mind you it was on a beater truck that wasnt very straight and had play in the doors

Maybe try hitting it with a torque wrench, one of our SO impacts is rated to 780 ft lbs but I'm still surprised by it when I go behind and check the torque with a torque wrench that it barley got it over 120ish. May just not be tight enough.

That's probably peak torque in reverse. They always go super high on ratings though.
