Coil Spring Question

Odd question, but will coil springs from a 2019 F350 4WD physically fit in a 2001 F350 2WD? The 2001 broke a front spring and there's a set of the 19 springs for sale locally for cheap. I realize there will probably some alignment issues, but trying to get the truck able to be driven.

I don't know the answer, but make sure to check out if the 19 springs are for 4wd. Lots of ppl remove the 4wd springs for a lift. 2wd vehicles, much less common to see springs for sale unless the truck was wrecked.
