I see, I bet your excited! I love this conv. and I hope it treats you well. I had a mint 88 f250 that I wanted to set a 12v into but time And money kept me from it. I ended up selling it to my lil bro who promptly totaled it. The moral of the story is post lots of videos when you get the chance because I'm living my old dream through your new conversion. LOL
Not yet. Just taking it easy right now to let everything seat in. Once I get a ic on I will have a better idea. I just dont have the time to look into it. Working 12 hr night shifts suck...The egt temps are sensitive to ambient temps at light throttle moderate boost. Once the turbos light there enough pressure to force the charge through the ic but the egt's will slowly creep up, so I am thinking that its a flow issue down stream from the turbos. Might have to find a turbo guru up here to show me how to dial in the gate and see if that helps.
The honest best way to check the intecooler is to check pressure before and after to find out if its truely a restriction but i understand the time crunch, dont get much done with hours like that.
You going back to Kazakhstan? I think we lucked out and none of us have to go to Kazakhstan and Russia, only management. But my ass did get shipped to Memphis.
most set ups i have ever seen just get to 15-20 psi of total boost and then crack the wastegate open, the best way to set it up is with shop air and a regulator
