I have a sump, 10AN to an Airdog2, 8AN to the engine bay split into two 6AN lines feeding the rear of the heads, regulated return in the front with a custom fp gauge setup and i rarely see less than 55psi wot after the heads.

As for my setup, come spring it will be redesigned. The Airdog is a useless paperweight IMO due to the massive amount of motor failures many of us have had. Secondly, I was in a hurry to get it done for a race we were attending and didn't have all the parts I needed so I skipped the shut/off valve. This is a necessity! Trust me haha. I will also be using an Aeromotive pump and regulator when i do re-do my system.

I was just thinking hat it might be smarter and just as effective to use this pump http://www.mkmcustoms.com/raptor150gphfits03-0760lpowerstroke.aspx

It would take the place of the pump, the regulator and the return line would not be needed. It seams like it would drop the price of building a custom fuel system.

All you would have to do to make the heads flow fuel completely would be tie the back of the heads to each other. I think this would be essentially what a regulated return kit does.

Using the pump in the link is going to keep you with a deadhead fuel system like the factory design since it doesn't utilize a return because of the built in regulator. I'd personally stay away from that. Just my $0.02
