What's he charge per head. Found a place in Houston that does them for 350 each which isn't bad IMO but always looking out for deals

Dam thats a little pricey. My machine shop I use does a set for about 400, including magnaflux, milling, seals and a 3 angle job

Agreed, I paid $445 for decking, pressure washing, magnafluxing, a full valve job, new valve seats and any valve springs or valves that needed replacing.

The breakdown on my bill shows $80 to deck two heads.

That's what I thought also. I can get a set of rebuilt ones for not too much more than that.

Yeah no kidding, I dunno why they are trying to charge so much, like what was said above mine were about 80 just for decking as well, another 80 was for hot tanking, head dissasembly and magnafluxing

Heads are done. Waiting on my sump, fuel pump, fuel system and some odds and ends. Gonna be a couple more weeks before we can get the truck on a lift.

No water / meth planned. Dozer's race fuel system. I had a dead Fass 150/180. Having a Fuel Lab pump retroed onto the block as I lost all faith in Fass after the 3rd failure on my 7.3.
