Most definitely, it crazy how fast it spools, from a stop with no power brake, the tires will start spinning in a few feet, vs before it was a couple truck lengths.

Thanks, it was a learning experience, but now I know what to do so I'm not worried if I have to do it again. And there is no lack of anti seize on any of the turbo hardware.

Idle boost pressure is up to 1.3 to 1.5, super fun to drive. My girl friend is not a fan, too fast for her and I haven't even went past 1/2 throttle with her. I'll get to the track next Wednesday. Make some guesses with weight at 7600 to 7700. See who closest.

Also, is this a simple R&R, no tuning etc? Just a better, more efficient turbo?

Yes, you do. at 600+HP studs would be a great investment. No special tuning required, a few hours worth of labor and your'e set.
