P7100 pump came today. Looks okay condition on the outside hopefully there's nothing wrong with it like was claimed.
Got the dt360 ready to pull out. It's been reman at some point as well by src.

Going to shorten the wheel base and build a rear bumper to cover the rear frame rails.
Pulled the trans today
Three bolts left to pull the motor

I'm sure there are correct beds out there but I would rather have the shorter wheel base and I'm redoing the suspension anyway so it's not any more work to move it forward.
Plus I only paid 1000 for this brand new 2015 bed

Ordered 285/65r20 nitto terra grapplers today.
Dt466 dampener came in
Tore into the dt360 looks good so far inside looks to be low mile on the rebuild. No lip very little carbon cross hatching very visible Pistons look good ready to drop the pan and see what the bottom looks like.
Rear end sold motor sold... Moving along slow and steady

Rebuild kit, and new oil cooler on the way, also bought a s475 billet turbo, and am positive money on the shell based on what I have sold so far off of it.

He was not talking about the length of the bed. There is no factory bed that will fit on a cab and chassis truck without some modification of either the bed or the frame.

He was speaking about the fact that the 2015 bed has different fenders and body lines then the 99-2010 trucks. In 2011 Ford changed the fenders on the dually bed and the body lines for the front fenders around the wheel wells.

They are different enough to be very obvious when someone mixes the 2 on the same truck.

Yeah I am aware but I plan a 2011 front end swap in the future to match the bed and I want the bed to last me as long as possible.

Well the trans is cracked View attachment 42369View attachment 42370

That blows! You might be able to grind out the broken material and then build it back up with a tig welder. Then you can drill and re-tap it. I would probably helicoil it too. Not sure what heating the trans in that area will do to its overall strength, but I have seen people repair them before. Maybe you can build up the material in that area too.

That's my thought kind of got me down I had it all prepped for paint when I saw the crack. Probably going to tig it up then drill and tap the hole back and see how long it lasts. In the mean time try to find me a overdrive sae2 trans

An Eaton Fuller RTO 610 (or 6610) would be kind of sweet. I think its an SAE2 and fairly lightweight.

Yes it is. May call a local big truck junk yard and see what I can find.

Suspension at full compression.
I know the fender gap is not right. The door is sagging just a smudge and I just have one vice grip holding the fender on. Going to sit exactly how I want with the air bags empty. Would have liked it to come up another inch or so but there's no way with a 4x4 truck.

I bought a spicer 6453 military reman. Hopefully it gets here soon.
Looks like that should be plenty stout if you can get it to work. Did a quick search to see if anyone has fooled with one in a swap like this and so far I've come up empty.
