Thanks Ken, I just wanted to repower my tow truck to what it once was before I started putting everything on my race truck , so when I saw these I reacted too quickly without doing enuf research. Hoping the guy is mature enuf to do what's right.

After this, i highly doubt you will find someone stupid enough to bite your chit flavored hook. You might as well take these into your bed room and insert 1 a night into your anal cavity. How come life didn't get in the way when you had to run over here to put your flaming bull**** story out with a hose? Communication goes along way no matter what.

Time to call paypal if you already haven't.... even if you sent it as a gift, they will get your money back for you, they're actually really easy to work with. Call them directly. I paid for injectors over the summer as a gift, that turned out to be stolen. I managed to get my money back and even sent the injectors back to the original owner.

Ya, I just started a Paypal dispute today, figured I gave him plenty of time to not have to do that, but he still is not responding to me at all. I'll call paypal I suppose next after he has at least a day to reply?? I don't know, never had to deal with this type of bs,,, ever in my life. Whatever happened to "man of his word"

Well this certainly sucks for you Larry. I'm leaving this all here until there is some resolution. Once resolved - let me know and it will be locked and the hammer can come out. The OP hasn't been on here logged in since 1/14 FWIW.

Yep, I left him another voicemail today as his mailbox was not full now and low and behold got a call back shortly thereafter. He sounded sincere and I hope to see my refund within day or two. Wished it would of been instant like mine to him but I'll let everyone know if he's a standup guy of his word just a weeeee bit slow it appears.

I give up! So talked to muthafnFrank on Tuesday and he sounded all sincere and Honest and said he was transferring the money to his PayPal account right then. So Wednesday he actually contacted me and said the funds were pending. So now its Thursday and noon out East so I called paypal! They checked his account and no money transfer is pending or been transferred, so dispute has been upgraded to a claim. Paypal asked me to no longer contact him and I guess since I've got some A+ rating with them they get to throw down the hammer I hope. Fingers crossed still.

Ya I was confused and mad that he told me the funds were pending. They definitely aren't pending in PayPal. I just don't have the kind of time to deal with it no more. Very relieved that PayPal said they'll work it out for me apparently cuz of my track record with them.

Thanks everyone for the advice. Should've called paypal sooner like someone had mentioned but just kept believing he was just slow. He claimed to have a diesel shop even!! I sure hope he don't cuz his customer service sux.
