Whelp it died again.

Tested it while it was dead. All my circuits were good.

Sent it back to medics. They stress tested it. It passes.

Now I gotta make a breakout box to monitor which feed wire/circuit goes out and watch it while driving
Voltage on a 7.3 should never go below 13.8 volts period. Above 14v constant is optimal.

I don’t believe there’s an alternator on the market that I can go to a store and buy that will hold over 13.8 or 14 for any decent length of time.

Yes with headlights and hvac full speed 12.9-13.2 is common and I'm not mad at that. Cruising no loads was 14.2 yesterday.

Cluster is all good and I believe I found the issue, I have a the black/light blue wire cut down the line that's on the same circuit as cluster. It looks like the 3rd brake light may be the issue.
