I'm very satisfied with mine, but I've noticed a lot more injector rattle when first taking off then I normally get from running other tunes. Has anyone else noticed this?

It isn't injector rattle you are hearing it is a change in timing at part throttle that makes more noise and is also responsible for a fuel economy gain.

If I'm not mistaken his is a manual trans if I didnt miss read. Just thought I would point out since I'm trying to pick up a manual 6.4 and I so far am dead set on your tunes but I hated that rail pressure hang on common rail cummins engines.. Hope you can get it all worked out for everyone. Question will you be offering live tuning? I plan to go much much further than bolts ons at some point and would really like to have it custom tuned for my truck. Mad props on an excellent power making tune with little to no smoke!

Yeah, mine is a manual so it definitely is not a torque converter issue. I have confirmed that my throttle position sensor is reading 0 when this happens so it has to be in the programming or rail pressure staying high (at least that is the 2 reasons I can think of for this to occur), but it don't seem to be specific to any particular tune. I am really interested in Gearhead tunes also, I just hate that I have to use SCT. Good thing I didn't sell it yet.

Have you watched your FRP to see if it hangs with rpm or drops before rpm?

I tried to...I was running a SCT at the time and the menu has two different parameters related to rail pressure. I watched both of them during normal driving and getting on it and neither seemed to make sense (it did not do what I would expect under normal driving). I assume the numbers it gives are measured in a different unit than PSI also. After my HG started to fail, I switched to H&S. It has never done this so far with the H&S, but I haven't driven it much since I don't have the HG fixed yet (next week truck goes in the shop). By the time I get my truck back, it probably won't be less than 50 degrees outside so I won't likely know until next fall if the problem remains.
