Wow, what lift is that? Looks like it's sitting pretty good for that much weight.

What is the GCWR for the 6.7's?

I know that's what it's supposed to go off to be legal, but here I can register my truck for whatever weight I want regardless of what the actual GCWR is. I'm sure that's not how it's supposed to work, lol, but that's what they do at the dmv. And the DOT here goes off of whatever is on the registration. Never had an issue, even at a little over 30k.

.

It's an Icon/OUO 8". No air bags in that picture, truck now has air bags. Also the neck had not been adjusted for it to sit level with a load on it (it was the second time it had been hooked to and first time with a load on it). Trailer now sits kennel with a loaf on it and the truck is almost level with the air bags.

For my truck the GCWR is 23,500#. We register ours based off GVWR, which my truck is rated at 10,000# and that is what I have it registered at.

My trailer is registered at 25,000#, but it has 20,000# worth of axles under it. So if I got weighed by DOT they would go of the 25,000# number.

Was my truck overloaded, yes according to what the manufacture says. The truck never felt out of control or like it wasn't able to do the job safely.

Was it full of something? That container is actually not that heavy. They weight around 6k we got a bunch of them at work.

Yea this is how we moved. We loaded a three bedroom house and a storage building into it. I scaled it and was right at 39k gross. I didn't get a ticket cause it was at a mill and he let me weigh just to see what it was. It never felt like I had to much weight. The truck is registered for 10k and the trailer registered for 25k so if dot would have pulled me over I could have been in trouble. As far as license goes I have it all so that wouldn't have been a problem. Unless the cop would have said that I should've known better then to run that heavy! Lol. We made it that is the main thing and not. Problem with the truck or trAiler at all.

I hauled a load of trees from a nursery in the spring and weighed in at 37,500lbs. Truck felt really good as far as control and stopping but coming over the mountains in North Carolina made it work...
