I keep imagining a shop rag through out your thread here and a quick bypass of Intercooler to test theory. EVERY time I'm on craigslist I see that oem Intercooler for 300 bucks and I think of your truck.

Everytime.

Ok so quick update. Turbos were sent to Elite. Nathannial received them and inspected them. Called me and informed me that they were in perfect working order. Going to remove the intercooler and check for blockages that I can't see from it being mounted. While turbos are off I'm going to also pull the pipe caps from my intake manifold and check for blockages inside there.

Small victory there.

Now you can at least focus on other areas.

The offending problem will come out soon enough.

Look forward to you getting to enjoy your setup.

Thank you and as do I. I need this truck up and running. I've been offered a few jobs a little closer to home and I can't take them bc no way to travel with my trailer. Blows

Thats good to hear that one of the more expensive parts(turbos) are good. I hope its something really easy and cheap to fix. Keep us in the loop man!

So why didn't you just swap the ic first?

Bc when I pressure tested my intake and exhaust system everything seemed to "air up" just fine. I never removed IC just the boots and peered into them and couldn't see anything. The turbos were the only real functional part that were swapped out. I went that route. Now that I know there is not a turbo concern I can breath a little easier and focus on tracing down the issue a little better.

Most likely the blockage would have blown down into the end tank on the hot side and you wouldn't see it unless you cut off the end tank or have a bore scope. If it was on the cold side, now that rag is in the intake

I wonder if you can get enough of that flexible exhaust tubing and just connect the hot and cold side together just long enough to help diag the IC? May not be able to keep boots on but...

Quick update. Turbos back on. Intercooler inspected. Seems no blockages. Pressures same on both sides from what it seems. Only getting 2lbs of fuel pressure at fuel cooler from what I understand. Really not sure what's going on now.

Soooo if both turbos function correctly. FRP is in appropriate 4.8-5.2 at idle and maintaining 24k give or take at full tilt. What am I missing. Does FRP correlate with Volume of fuel. Idk if that makes sense but what the hell. Any ideas.
