Just glad to see the files getting better and better all the time. I applaud the improvements.
I'm ready for a tuner showdown, maybe you should give one of Matts tunes a shot?

it's ribbing like this that keeps all the tuners going. Why do you think spartan came out with their new tunes...because kem and erics tunes shifted way better

When I got KEM tunes, one of the reasons I did was they had 1st hand experience w/ ford techs and Navistar techs on the 6.4 but I thought the tunes were ok. Service was ok at first however when I called last time I discussed my tuning options and the staff were displeased I wanted updates for tunes I do not run all the time. Updates were to be free, whats the problem, why the attitude? Maybe someone was having an off day, but I regret giving them my money now.
When I got IDP tunes, I was floored at the difference in both the Xt Street and Xt race and even the street tune vs the 345. The normal shifting w/ IDP suited me fine, the emailed tunes were smooth as silk. Yes, the Xt Race was touchy but at the time it was the fastest program used, not highest HP tune vs other companies but track times showed something else. Hell I can't count how many times others bitched about their "custom" tunes being touchy, from NON-IDP tunes.
Eric has answered every email w/o issue, he never once said anything negative about other vendors when I posed issues and concerns. He has modified several programs to perform different functions at my request. He usually gets the modfications done w/in 24 hrs and even once over the Christmas weekend, he made some changes for me.
The army, nation, org, comp-d etc.. do not need a :grouphug: environment but after watching empire, rcd, bdp and a few other vendors loudmouth/bash other vendors or customers, I choose not to send them my $$. I haven't the time or energy to locate each post or thread that made me go, wft?! It was my take on the exchange at the time, in an open/public forum. Each company shall do as they please, as will I when it comes time to spend my $$.
I just recently spent an outrageous amount of $$ on some things I needed and some I just wanted. I paid cash, no credit card necessary and I used my hard earned $$$ to support individuals/companies that I felt provided good customer service. I had contemplated getting some GH tunes to try out but I'm getting the impression that there is some chest thumping going on. Maybe thats the case, maybe its not. I know I have not read every post Eric has made but I have read enough and spoke to him on the phone when I'm hot under the collar about another vendor trying to f-me, that on the phone and by email, I've never heard him put down, talk sh$t or bad mouth another vendor.
Competition is always good for the sport and for the customers, I hope it continues that way. I've heard good things about GH tunes and I hope that vendors represent themselves in way that allows them to reflect back and be proud of the way they conducted themselves.
Anyway, my 2 cents.

Only innovative for me! To each his own but don't go calling out someone who's been around for this long and has spent countless hours fine tuning to make the best tunes he can. I don't see a thread on here asking you why you went to tuning 6.4's.

I run both, I like both, looking forward to Eric's new stuff. So far, Matt's have been a 10th faster in my truck. Race file to race file.

Hey Matt, you do a great job with your tuning. I can definitely tell by the response of your customers. I worked with SCT over the past few months to add all of the tables that we all need to effectively dial in the trucks. There's still some things we need to work on, but I think it's most of the way there. For the later flashes we added the functions for overboost, fuel dilution, etc. It's much easier to tweak the tuning quickly. The shift tables pretty much align with the 6 Liter now, so it's simple to adjust for the end user. With that being said, it gave me an opportunity to mess around with making changes quickly, testing, and distributing to the customers. It's so much easier than working with OE software.
I do think the Lie-o-meter is slightly off still, it's tough to dial it in exact.
I'm definitely not looking for any issues. I think there's room for everyone in this business and I enjoy working with other businesses and making opportunity for us all.

Out tuned and out classed:thumbup: this is IDPs what third revision??? If you think you lit a fire under erics a$$ to try and tweak more out of his tunes I think your mistaken!

my xtreme x pulls a little harder than GH race i believe, but im loading up gearhead race tomorrow just to make sure..
