Currently....
The usual mods of AIS Intake, stock exhaust minus the muffler, GT-38R turbo w/1.15 turbine housing, RR Fuel system w/fuel bowl delete and pre/post pump filtration, Suncoast trans. Lifted with 37" tires and stock gearing. I am still running my DP Tuner F5 chip that I got over 130,000 miles ago (I'm at 265,000+ currently). I only use stock, "40hp tow" and "120hp race" and those tunes are from 2007 iirc. Nothing else I can think of that would effect power.
It has run a 10.4 in the 1/8 mile at 8200lbs. I don't remember the mph. It was on a dyno once and it wasn't a load dyno...in fact I don't even know the brand/model. It was pathetic and the guy running it had no clue how to dyno a truck/diesel. It said 265hp to the wheels and barely made 17psi. I have no idea if that is even close to right...nor do I care.
The driveability is great in the 120 tune although I've been driving it for so long I am used to it. I wish it wasn't so aggressive on cruise control, but...eh, I'm used to it by now. It will smoke like a pig if I stab it to the floor from a stop, but it quickly spools the turbo and cleans up to a light haze. Runs about 28psi boost. (Down about 3-ish psi from the stock turbo) If I drive it like an adult I can still accellerate faster than traffic and it will be a light haze. It seems to be getting slightly worse over time and I attribute this to worn injectors. (Still on the originals).
I have big plans this summer and already have the ARP head studs, Comp Cams valve springs, Smith Bros Pushrods, Motocraft glowplugs, sitting at the house ready to go in and will be ordering some injectors and tunes from Gearhead's to go with them. Planning on the 238/80's. HOPING to have a reliable 450hp daily driver that has a little left in it and still be able to tow 15k or more if I need it to.
