How does your truck idle?

The "lope" in high idle is just cold weather rail pressure surge. It's nothing to be concerned about.

Well i narrowed my idle bumps to the ac compressor kicking on. I have no idea why it shakes the truck but it does.

I think all trucks do it after the delete, if you return to stock and put the dpf on, it doesnt do it
