Bought at 73,xxx
Deleted at 74,xxx
Two trans, Egr valve, Thermostat, and radiator hose done before 100,000
Injector hung open and melted a piston at 106,xxx

My old man has an 08 with 12,xxx miles that has been deleted and tuned since around 2000 miles that I hope to buy someday. I'm having a hard time sleeping because Saturday I am buying an 08 that has 175xxx on it. This thread gives me some comfort about high mileage reliability on these

shifting was kinda funny, trying to get up with them about tunning. i like there tunning alot, but dont like the way it shifts. h&s shifts alot better,faster and throttle response is better

55,3xx on my 08. Think I tuned/ deleted around 45-47k. Bought it with 37k iirc. No issues.

2008 job 2 with 32k. Bought with 12k on it. Tuned and deleted at 15k. Trans rebuilt at 24k. Head studs installed at 29k. Cracked number 8 piston at 32k. You guys have had great luck lol

For those of around the 100k mark, who have at least 50k on it being factory(non deleted). I'd start changing the rockers and bridges out. since these guys are almost all out of warranty, Im seeing alot of valvetrain wear... not good to have aton of metal floating around in the oil...

Are you running UOA's to find the wear or visual inspections?
