I got 10in and 38s with 14 wides and I clear mine perfect with some to spare .. You could do 10in with 40s with just a bumper spacer .. You just won't be able to flex it much or it will rub.. But 12in would look better with 40s tho

Interesting. My buddy is running 22x14 and 37s on 10" and spaced his bumper and it still clips it on slight inclines.

There's no way he could clear 40s
