There was a guy, Zachary, who was running a KC68 and Warren 190/75s who hit 670 fuel only. Highest fuel only for the day! Freakin awesome!

That's really awesome to know. I wasn't sure which guys were spraying vs not. Has there been many people to make it over 700hp with fuel only while retaining a VGT turbo anyway? My goal was only 600 from the get go so I was shocked at the numbers. I didn't figure I wouldn't even come close when I found out last minute that I had to run my "street tune" a tune that had been my daily driving tune because my race tune was messed up and I didn't know until that day since I never bothered testing it since when it was emailed to me a month earlier. Besides my truck puking it was a good day.

A full list of my mods for those interested:

Studs, Gaskets, EGR Delete
KC 68MM Turbo
WPE Ported Intake Manifold (Race Version)
190/75 Injectors from Warren Diesel
Driven Diesel Reg Return Fuel System
FASS 200Gph Air Fuel Separator Titanium Series
58 Volt FICM from Swamps Diesel
MBRP 4" Turbo Back (straight pipe)
S&B Cold Air Intake

Well I thought I would post this up... Not super impressive but thats OK. We believe it had a lot more in it. We were just starting to test some tune revisions. We kept having issues with building too much HPO and the vgt duty cycle dropping off too fast. We had just started to get the tuning figured out when we got a foreign object in the cylinder that caused some damage and stuck open an exhaust valve. (we believe bad fire rings)

SAE correction factor on unloaded dynojet

670hp 1120tq
KC 68 Stage 3 turbo
285/75 injectors (but only dumping about 225cc of fuel at 2.2-2.4ms)
WPE Ported Intake
A1000 fuel pump
Warren Twin HPO

Awesome truck on the street. 15-18 mpg. Hazed a little under light throttle. Towed a couple of times but never very heavy. Overall impressed with the setup.

I'll ad mine. 645HP/1252TQ
2007 6.0
Warren 205/75
68mm Barder
Custom A1000 fuel system

*I also did 782HP/1498TQ with nitous. I'm the second one on the list from PHP that Chris (SuperDiesel) posted*

Impressed at the lack of bottom end attention needed to sustain these power levels....

Ill add mine up...most mods in signature. 205/85cc injectors, 71mm Barder that is really too big for the setup, but it made 638hp/1400lbs of torque. That was with a ghetto fog of nitrous, ran 618 fuel only on a crappy day to dyno. Custom dyno tunes from Chris @ TSD.

About the same fuel only as mine did with a 71mm vgt. Got a 72mm non-vgt going on from Engineered Diesel now. Just waiting on injectors from Warren.

She gonna be bad. I've been thinking about stepping up to a 400. I'll be giving a 371 a shot though.

Glad to finally get I'm the forums! I'm really really hoping to be 700+ on fuel only. 285/100s, fmw s468 turbo, WPE regulated return, chromoly push rods, Hamilton valve springs, all other supporting mods with a stage 3 trans and a dpc billet triple disk converter.

Ignore the et. I'm still tuning the caltracs and I blew a boot on the 5-6 shift.

86mph in the 1/8 at around 7400lbs puts it above 600 though. Hoping for 7.80s and 12.40s next time out.

655rwhp on fuel so far. That's on 37's with no tuning changes for the new set up. Chris is gonna mess with it tomorrow and see how close we can get to 700 with the 37's; may remove them though and crack it that way, lol.

Warren 285/150 injectors (conventionals), Engineered Diesel 72mm (non-vgt), Dieselsite High Output hpop (2003).

Thanks bud. I can't complain about a 12.7 with that bad of a 60ft and a jj'd boot at the 1000' mark. That trap is awful though.

Jj'd boot. I love that two and half years later that is still going around and that it's still funny
