thought I would chime in on this thread, my trucks in my sig, but 205/100 conventionals , stock longblock besides studs / ****** . reg return and a custom fuel system with an sxe369 on the rollers put down 706 on fuel an 857 with a bit of nitrous.
back when I had a box 366 on it , I ran a 12.58 @106.5 at full weight in my ccsb. putting it around 650 wheel. but boy does that sxe369 make a big difference over my paperweight of a 66.

Is a 250cc hybrid on a stock motor going to decrease engine life?

in a word, yes. It will decrease engine life. youre throwing twice the factory rated fuel at the thing. will it last a long time ? yes it should. but with all that fuel down low , youll eventually start wearing bearings. depends on setup obviously.

I do not have a dyno sheet for current set up, old setup up made 475rwhp with 190/100, tuned by ID. new setup I used the fass 220, the same injectors and nozzles but added a s366. Id say it is currently sitting right at 600rwhp

Looking at buying a 2003 6.0 off craigslist. The guy selling it says he was trying to make 650hp with this setup of his (description of parts taken from the ad are below). Thought I would post it here and see if 650 was realistic or not. If not, what's a decent estimate for hp?

List of mods:
Warren 190/100 injectors
"Bigger powermax turbo"
SCT Tuner
Billet Waterpump
oversized Mishimoto radiator
Coolant Filtration

Like I said if 650 isn't realistic with this setup, what's a more likely number?

If that's just a standard issue Powermax then no. No where near enough air, unless there's nitrous too. And I don't think that's enough fuel either but I could be wrong. Results for 190's seem to be all over the place so it's hard to say.

Gotcha. Sounds like they'd both need upgraded to hit those numbers. Thanks for the input

Well went to the track this weekend, KC Stage 2, S476, 250/100 Warren Hybrids, Odawg Stage 2, RCD Stage 1 cam, did a best time of 11.754, but blew a hole in a cac boot so only did 109 across the line. Three other slightly slower passes between 114.29 and 114.75. Truck weighed in at 7660 putting it around 780 at the wheels. Fuel only, XtremeStreet tune. It had 0 smoke after about 100ft
