I will get into it further..but later. Could be a good discussion.
Its been slower to start cold lately just because Its been cold as **** lol. Seems to be normal when I do a hot start. I could be wrong.
I got icp readings this morning. Hot idle dc was between 8.9-9.3%. PSI was mainly jumping between 448-562 with an occasional jump to 592. Also a few weeks ago I did a 60-90mph WOT run. Dc was 65% and PSI settled down around 2300.
Did I mention how I hate the high pressure oil side of these things.
I figured it would be about time. Its got almost 276k on it now.

I agree with this whole heartedly. NLT did explain their pump build in a thread not too long ago and I was very appreciative for that. But all of the other pump builders treat it like it's some top secret project. Coming from a performance background, I'm surprised that there are absolutely no flow rates to compare etc with all of these pumps. I personally went with a Adrenaline when it was on sale cause it fit my budget and more importantly, I couldn't find any reports of a failure hardly anywhere. But even Bob wouldn't give ANY info on the build or flow. I get worn out by so and so saying my pump will outflow their pump with absolutely no data to back it up.Haha..They are a challenge and since you have the newest pump, I guess thats why I put you on the hot seat a little. I do want to understand more about the science of this application. Pump guys could do more here to bring further understanding as well as develop data to better match pumps to applications.
I replaced the icp last year some time in the spring.
I replaced the hpop with a honey badger jr, new ipr, new orings in fuel bowl, and a riff raff frx two weeks ago. Runs great, but still the same warm idle.
EDIT: I forgot to mention fuel pressure tends to fluctuate a few psi when it lopes like that. Don't know if that matters or not...
whats your DC at at an idle
What is the battery voltage at idle?
I don't know if this will help or not, but I just went through a similar situation. I just have the 160 singles with stock nozzles. My truck idled smooth as butter when it was cold. Once warmed up, it loped pretty bad. The lope was really bad when the truck was coming back to an idle after acceleration or even just throttling up in neutral. It would lope really hard anywhere from several seconds up to 30 seconds or so then it would smooth out somewhat, but not as smooth as I thought it should be. It still had a slight lope. I replaced the ICP and swapped in a brand new IPR that a buddy had. I was beginning to think I had a bad injector or maybe a torn o ring from the install. I was getting really frustrated. I have Gearhead tunes and I called Matt. I sent him some AE data and drove down to let him look at the truck. After months of spinning my wheels, he had it running as smooth as ever with a little tweaking of the tunes. I don't know what he did to the tunes, but I am a happy camper. The truck runs great now. Anyways, hope this helps y'all out.
