Correct Drake, it will not fire till it sees 500 psi. I have had 1 with a bad lpop with the same issues. It sure sounds like a hpop leak or weak pump. I could crank mine on gold brake clean it would run fine till shut down. Try to restart and nothing. The lpop was so weak it wasn't pumping enough oil while cranking over.

That was going to be my next sugestion.. lpo pump... with the valve covers off, have someone crank the motor and watch the oil spouts on the injectors.... maybe just bypassing through them.

have you blocked off each head yet? That will answer so many questions. It WILL fire on 4 injectors if you can block off the side with the leak. If it will not fire either way then you know for a fact its LPOP or HPOP related. Takes a lot of guessing work out of it.

Forget anything electrical at this point. You can even ground out the IPR so you know for a FACT that it is closed up and building as much pressure as possible. Only leave it like this for seconds at a time though, no extended periods of time.

Ok here is what I found.

LPO is 40psi
I blocked off the left head with a 6an plug in the hose and put a 4k psi gauge in the right head. Cranking the max I saw was 250psi.

I swapped the plug to the right head and gauge to the left. 250psi max.

I think HPOP said goodbye.

Btw I also tried blocking off wash head and cranking. Still 250psi. It simply cannot build psi out of the hpop
