The IPR plug is in good shape right? I had one that was all greasy one time and the wires right at the plug gave me grief as the insulation was all soft guessing from heat cycles and diesel/oil and I didn't see it right away because of the outside wire sheathing. Put on a new pig tail voila music... just a thought.

Please check post#61 before buying a replacement pump. the wire insulation really does turn soft after getting soaked in engine fluids.

Look what I found..... 12v wire in the main harness that goes to the IPR. It chafed through the backside of the loom(which was not visible by eye) and shorted out. Which commanded IpR open to not build ICP.....

So happy that truck is out of my shop

Holy ****!! Good find.. nice recommendation old man dave!!

live life full throttle

I wish it was easy to find! It wasn't on the small fuel bowl harness, but in the Main one! I had wires all over my shop. Volt meters and probes everywhere checking grounds, volts, etc. what's weird is after I got it running, the customer then told me he had a low HPOP issue with his hotter tunes and bigger injectors, so I got to install the T500 I ordered anyways and now it maintains great ICP.
