Before I say anymore. I have not tested yet. Will in two days. I just got them. They sell the hybrid injector complete or you can just buy the new fuel boby and fuel plunger. 75% of larger injector failures are due to either welding or plugging the spill ports. To eliminate this ii has built from scratch new fuel bodys and plungers. Hopefully also to eliminate oil dilution with fuel. Traditionally companys bored out stock fuel bodys, so no matter how good they were you can't get them perfect, leading to fuel in the oil. So now with these new bodys and fuel plungers that should fix that problem. So they say they are build to factory specs for clearances between plunger and body. IMG-20120412-01101.jpg

So if you have a good working set of injectors with bigger nozzles and you want more fuel, this might ba an option for you. Just have to swap parts from one to another. I'm putting these in the tow truck tomorrow night. Tonight after work I have to finish my uppipes

Gonna have the same stroke as a 205 so that should make them 285cc
Gonna dyno the ol girl next wed. I have a time booked. It'll be these with a 62 and s480. I'm up north working. When I go home sat night I'll be towing 12000lbs home. So we'll see just how streetable this setup might be. I hope it works lol if not it might be a long ride/tow home

Shawn...how do you thing something like this will work with my 190/75's? Would my injectors and nozzles be too small to do this?

190s with these would put you around that 265-275cc range and just get your tune adjusted for top end fueling with the 75 over's. I kknow every other hybrid I've run I love them

Not sure what retail is. Sorry. But I could talk to Cody and see what the cost would be if we can do a group buy of like 5 sets. Pm me if interested. I have one guy already.

Recalculate the diameter of the piston with your current stroke?

I think.

If im correct in saying this should also change the icp ratio of (7:1) to whatever larger ratio.

Would that be correct shawn?

Thank you Shawn. With what you had said your 205's would be around a 285ish range....i kinda figured that my 190's would be around the 265ish range then. This is some good info man! It'd be very interesting to see if there is any fuel dilution in the oil.
