I have the Street-Power X 6.7L Powerstroke Turbo Kit. Its from Elite Diesel. It looks like the mpd one is easier to install and remove then the Elite Diesel inter-cooler pipe, The Elite pipe is a tight fit and a pain to get in correctly.

can this set up be used with a stock engine. EGR not deleted, and a stock turbo.

No unfortunately ours nor any one else's will work with emissions on.

Yup, what Morgan said, the primary function of the manifolds and throttle body that are deleted is to induce and mix EGR flow into the engine.
