On a more or less stock truck, I can't get mine to smoke. If i stab the throttle at any given speed or time i might get a low puff then absolutely nothing.
Very impressive, I have seen spartans hot tunes and can't exactly say the same... they are quite a bit more smokey.

well I just took her out and gave her a few quick stabs once everythign got up to temp. everything seemed fine. checked all the fluids, the trans fluid was fairly low only covered about a 1/4 of the hot section so I'm going to make sure to put some more fluid in there.

RP help 24,7xx and at times right at 25,000

I did notice when I came out today that my degas bottle was just about empty, but I replaced the upper radiator hose on thursday so maybe there was some air in the system that worked its way out when I romped on it last night. gonna keep an eye on that though

mine feels week as well but I love it to DD. I just have never gotten around to getting mike to build me a new one. 310 doesn't pull much harder IMO. mike is great to work with. but I couldn't get over 13.7 on the strip. I got spanked by one of our 6.0s with 175s and a pmax. but I love it as a DD tune for sure

Did you try racing in your 345 tune?

yup. 345 and 310. launched at all different boost levels. but I believe my truck is one of the week ones anyhow. just not that weak.

I like the 345 more than the 310 on my truck. My truck ran like Shat on the 310, shifted weird, smoked like a train, and was just not impressive. I like to run the Kem 345 or the H&S Hot Damn as a DD.

Yup. I'm running it in the 450. With the low boost fueling turned waaaaaaaaay down, it runs great, and nearly zero smoke. I hate the tranny tuning though.... I miss my SCT trans tuning... Be cool if someone could tune the trans only on H&S....

i ran 345 from kem on a mini max it danm near ripped out the rear axle at 60mph
keep in munt it was riding on 37s on a 8 inch lift

like I said. I love mine. I'm saying mine isn't near as fast. there's not reason our H&S tuned dmax shoulda walked my tuned 6.4.

I guess it just performs differently for different trucks. My experience is a lot like Corb's. The 345 is really a lot like the old 250 or 275 spartan tunes power wise. Even my dad asked me what happened to my truck the last time he drove it. Said it used to have a lot more power and my buddy said it doesn't pull anythign like it used to. Said it used to suck him back in the seat.

Can't believe i'm sayin this, but I miss my SPARTAN tunes lol

I think i'm gonna try some Gearhead tunes though, they look promising
