So you just painted the chrome bumpers? Heard they don't hold up well if you don't get them sand blasted or something. How'd you prep yours?

Thanks man! Yea I don't mind the bumpers too much, thought the chrome tied in all together with bumpers wheels and grille. But could use a change. Have some new quad projector headlights coming. So may do something with bumpers in spring. Never ending lol

No no No, when I said stripped, I meant mine were taken down to bare metal. Raw steel. Then they were prepped and painted. My bumpers weren't chrome to begin with though.

Thread resurrection! I just went through all 102 pages and man am I ready to get my truck lifted. I have a 2014 f250 and I want the least expensive and smallest lift I can install while clearing 37x13.50 on a 20x10-24 offset.

Do you guys think I can clear that with a rough country 4.5 or am I going to have to have the 6"? Any advise appreciated

Likely will need 6". I can't clear any larger than 35x12.5 on my 2013 with 4.5" icon springs up front with 20x10,-24mm wheels

Thanks, If I stick to 35s I will probably just do the 3in lift. I would live to see a pic of yours if you have one handy!

Do you have the rims yet? If not, look at different rims, because you can fit 37's under a leveled truck if you have the proper offset/Backspacing. You'll have to trim the fender liners a little though.

I don't have the rims yet, in a perfect world I may have looked at 12 in wide wheels but I know that would be even worse for fitment. I was wanting 20x10 with -24 to have a little lip and still got that aggressive look.

I would think you could do 37s with a 10" wheel under a 4.5" kit
