love nitto ^ but 55k? actually i question this but it may be true, i say this because my last set of terra's lasted only 30k miles with no 1/4 mile runs etc etc, normal driving. This new set, totally different- this set takes the track times, burn outs, and mileage and doesnt even see wear. They must change rubber compounds at times. I know crazy statement.

See I feel like my Nitto Terra Grapplers aren't wearing as well as I had hoped. And absolutely no burnouts or racing here (too cheap & afraid I'll break something). I might get on it every once in a while to pass people or tow say 13k pounds maybe twice a week but nothing severe by any means during my commutes and they're already showing some wear at 6k miles

I'm running the nitto terra grapplers G2 got them last year. It's been down the track a ton, two big burnouts, and towing. Love them.

The G2 does have a new rubber compound.

I have 40k miles on mine and they're at 8/32 for the tread. I usually change them at 5/32.

yes them in the rear the fronts are still the original terra grapplers as they were still good way back when i bought them. I may try to just go for a complete set of tires next time as i think running 2 used and 2 new just wasn't the brightest idea. may go with the 325/60r20's G2's next time for the weight rating they carry

Got a little more work done last night! I couldn't believe how trashed the stock shocks were....with only 40k miles on them. Now she sits perfectly level and rides a TON better!
