Is that speculation or have you owned a pair of "non" carli tuned Fox shocks?

Yes, as I've said before in my thread about my lift, I have had Fox 2.0's on my last lift, a BDS. And yes they are night and day difference. Both lifts had the same Deaver full leaf packs so the only other difference was the front coils, so I can def say the shock tuning was the major difference.

I'm just trying to get the best bang for my buck. Not trying to impress anyone at sema. Just want a good nice ride that's a little better than stock and to have a good solid lift that won't fall to pieces 20k miles later. That all I'm asking. So is a icon good enough or do I just need to save up and look at a carli

Anyone who tells you Icon is not good enough is not experienced.

Icon is far from entry level, and is my go to for any ford lift kit. Ive sold dozens of Icon kits to forum members, hundreds of them to other customers and use them soley on all my personal Ford trucks.

If you want a great kit to suit your needs please let me know and I will build you the best kit to suit your needs and budget. PM or Email me if you like. [email protected]

I got the Icon leveling kit and the Adjustable King Piggybacks and Airlift airbags in the rear. Very happy with the combination. 50+kmi on it w/ no issues.

It's super nice to be able to soften the shocks when empty and stiffen them up when towing heavy. Really makes a big difference when you are loaded.

You won't soon forget it's a TRUCK not a CAR w/ a pickup body on it, but for a TRUCK it rides damn nice.

Doesn't Carli use King shocks? Didn't know they had switched to Fox...

They only use fox for their kits with 2.0 shocks. 2.5 and up are kings.

Lol you win...... I never really looked at their lineup below a pintop other than the back country lol. I do know they dropped the bilsteins for fox shocks in the back country kit.

But then again, I consider everything below the pintop kit, entry level LOL.

Just pulling your leg.

Lol, true, I just really wanted to see the difference in Carli's tuning from my last lift with the Fox 2.0's. I beat the hell out of them yesterday and def can say I've found the limits of the setup. I will def have to upgrade to at least Pintops when I get back to AZ next month. Although... I hear the Dominator setup calling me...
