Gearhead Tune. I was not to impressed with the HP but I was very happy with the torque. Peak Torque should be at 2800 RPM but the Turbo is done at 2500 with as much fuel as I'm dumping to her. More hard parts will release the HP.

I wonder what gearhead sets their peak boost too vs spe.

Be interesting what one of the first h&s tunes would put out hp wise. They were around the 32psi range lol.

it's really hard to tell anything w/ that recording through my laptop speakers, but knocking under load is typically rod related... could be fuel knock, but typically you'd have an issue at idle as well

The whole single kit is starting to scare me lol. Might have to stay stock or see if there is a drop in if mine goes south

lol I wouldn't let my experience scare you. I'm an amateur. The fact that I got the damn thing on and running should encourage anyone thinking about it. If I can do that, anybody can.

Exhaust leak. Probably one of the band clamps on the manifold because I can here the signal cylinder combustion. I do agree it could be an Injector also.

EBP sensor blew out. Thought I had it on tight (like I said...amatuer) Tightened it then had to run too work. Will test when I get home.

Oh I am an amateur when it comes to fixing things proper. When it comes to fixing things to get them going is where my skill set it.

Boost tops at 29psi. Yes stock Rods. It's all in the Tune.

I am trailering through the mtns today. I am going to see the boost difference between spe & gearhead if there is one. Gearhead tranny tune the whole trip though. Spe tranny is a little violent with no traction bars and a load on.
