Need ideas.. No start

Well I'm glad I pulled the injectors out of the passenger side too. That makes all
Eight injectors with either completely failed or failing top O rings.

Im assuming alliant. They are made in china now. Should be good quarity!

About 5 years ago we had an issue with a different o-ring supplier, with identical failures (as pictured here).

After we switched back to Alliant o-rings (OEM Ford mfr), zero issues.

I have a few new packages of alliant parts here Mr Armstrong and they all say "made in china". Is this a new development? I seem to think I would have noticed this before if it was going on.

our Alliant o-rings say Country of origin: US on them.
