Do you have an adjustable track bar? those tires should not be rubbing. I wonder if your axle is off center.

No adjustable trac bar, but the lift came with a new track bar. It's a zone 4in lift with radius arms

I called zone after the install and they stated that I needed a rim with a 4.5 bs to clear 35s without rubbing

My first setup on my truck was 2.5 readylift with 35s on factory wheels and I had that same rubbing for 30K miles on both radius arms. It won't mess anything up man, just rubs the paint off of the radius arm. I'd just keep an eye out for the right set of wheels, and in the meantime just get under there every so often and spray the radius arm with a little black paint.

Yea that's kinda what I'm thinking. Thanks for the advice. I called off the trade this morning. After a lot of thought, I wouldn't be totally happy with the deal in the end.

Thank god! Those XD's were ugly anyways, your truck looks awesome the way it is.

If only one side is rubbing I find it really hard to believe the axle is actually centered... right?

Can you tell if you have one side that sticks out more than the other?

Like others have said, not the end of the world if the tire rubs a little on the arm, just wait and keep an eye out for some wheels you'll actually like. I think some novakanes in chrome would look really good on there. Maybe even some SOTA's

I don't understand why you're rubbing. maybe the axle is off center.. my dads 6.7 is stock height, stock 18" wheels, with 35/12.50s and his only rubs the fender lining barely.

Sent looking at my blown up 6.4

I didn't think I had rubbing issues until I put the lift on, but I was wrong. I was rubbing the stock radius arm but since its smooth stamped steel, I could never feel it. Now that I replaced the stock arms with the aftermarket ones with a sharp edge, I can defiantly feel the rubbing
