I managed to find enough time tonight to put the front light set up on. Hopefully I can get the rear wired up and work on building the sections under the cab and bed sides.

I need to grab some more rock lights so I can have them light up the rear portion of the 4 link bars.

Not much to report, I finished up my 4wd
Vacuum and abs wire reroute this afternoon. I did bump into an issue with the front coils though. One day the ride just went away, and the driver side started leaning. So I sent some pics to FOA, the driver side coil was bowed and rubbing the shock body. They promptly sent out new springs to remedy it. They originally sent 600lb and they upped it to 750 and it rides so much better. I also received my rear 2.5's with resi. Decided against the internal bypasses as there just wasn't enough room to clear the 5" exhaust. I have to order some billet clamps and modify the upper shock bolts before installing them.

Still need to order steering stabilizers, reinstall the rear sway bar and finish detailing a couple items and the suspension is done. We also ditched the DEF tank on Thursday.

Looking good, but ya got a cab light out. Did you have the springs powder coated? Do you think the heat may of made them weaker and caused them to start sagging on you?

I fixed that light the same night. The springs that failed were powder coated and that's why I held off on having the replacements done. Not sure if that's what caused it.

I just painted my springs with a good primer and color matched rattle can and they have been holding up really well.

So I finally tackled building myself some head lights. I'm not thrilled with the outcome, but they'll work as a practice run. Mainly I'm very disappointed in how the edges of the housing ended up looking so bad. For those who have built they're own, how did you go about breaking the seal and not tear up the edges?

Ended up with an OH so small piece of trash in one, only noticeable when I hold it up to my face and there are some sanding scratches I missed in one. Again, not noticeable to some, but def to me. This was a rush job(literally had them torn apart on Sunday, couldn't touch them again until today)as I am going to LST tomm and was sick of having stocks in there. I'm going to tear the other set apart next week for practice and so I can have more time to modify them to my liking with some more lighting.

Those came out nice for a rush job, what time does LST start tomorrow I think I might ride out there

They're in. I have the driver side cutoff tilted towards the left though, I'll see how bad it is tonight. Total bonehead move. Anyway I like how they look though, just needs refinement.
