I did the 5.4. coil mod a couple weeks ago and love it, 4800# springs in front and no block in the back.

Finally decided on wheels and tires too. I was gonna get some Rebel 16x10's like Brian has but couldn't find a street tire I liked to go with 'em. So I'm going with some 18x10 Ultra Rogues in black with machined lip and Toyo Proxes ST II's 295/45R18's. Wheels are 28lbs each and tires are 34.5lbs each so they'll still be a fair bit lighter than stock. I'll just be giving up some top end since they're only about 27-28" tall. But it'll still be plenty enough to go thru the traps in the 1/4 mile.
