Thanks. It's super intermittent. It's been fine for a week then acting up again yesterday. Rough idle on coast. Then goes away on acceleration. No smoke of any sort. Sometimes when idling in drive it starts loping. It will drop down to 500 rpm then up to 1200 and all over the map. Trucks got 60k on it and 8 months ago did the icp, ipr, stand pipes, injector harness glow plug harness air dog lift pump air sep driven diesel regulated return and arp's. What do you guys think? Appreciate the help.

If your gauge isn't reading on the dash you most likely have a high pressure oil leak. U have a tuner that may read the pressure, if the cranking ICP is under 500psi the injectors won't be fired.

What gauge are you talking about? No gauges on the dash can tell you anything about hpo.
unplug the icp sensor and see if it changes
I'm with stupid ^ as per the usual.

If there is a large HP oil leak the low pressure gauge in dash will not show pressure. I have had hundreds like that. Next time someone has a stc fitting or a rail block off plug causing a no-start look at the dummy gauge on dash, guarantee it won't show pressure.

Look at gauge "while cranking" during a no start condition.

Read what his problems are man.... Nothing about a no Start.

You asked how the oil pressure gauge can show a high oil pressure leak, that was not meant to tell him what was wrong with the truck. I don't believe I told him that's what his problem was.

Keep in mind this is the same guy that compared a focus transmission to a 5r.

Ur an idiot re read the posts no time did I ever compare the 2 transmissions and say the 4f27e is like a torqshift. Seems like you have problems reading and interpreting words, probably the reason you need to have other people build your transmissions so they don't fry.
