Nope. Fit the socket just fine...just don’t light up. Tried turning them around. The same bulbs worked fine in the cargo light, just not the reverse.

In that case it would have to be the contacts on the bulb are not touching the contacts on the socket. Could you try splaying the contacts on the bulb out a little bit towards the outside to see if that helps them make proper contact?

Had to flip the contacts to the opposite sides. Guess I shouldn’t try to do that in the dark when it’s freezing outside.

That driver side cargo light was a b!tch! Thanks ford...

BC Canada Eh!
do these fit in the cargo light location as well or is that a different bulb.
I probably should have tried that before I installed them but laziness :)

Yes they fit cargo. Ford just made it a pita to get one in by not giving you any slack in wiring...

Ordered the 3157’s for my tails as well. Do y’all sell them in singles for the third brake light?

Just threw them in. Let’s just say I feel bad for anyone behind me when I hit the brakes...

So I’m getting a fast blink on one side yet all the bulbs work fine. Any ideas?

Yes just the right side. And I just ordered the bulbs and plug and played them. Worked perfect for a couple days then started fast blinking.

LED bulbs will cause hyper-flashing in the turn signals jut like if the standard bulb was out because of the drop in the electrical load on the circuit.
LED load resistors are typically needed to keep the hyper-flashing from occurring.

You have a part number for them? Just weird how it only does it on one side.

Right here:
LED load resistors
- please select "6 Ohm (standard for turn signals)" for fitment/function

Just FYI though, after today we will be closed until the 29th while we move locations, so shipment will likely be delayed.
