Some trucks have odd strategies. Being a late 10, mine wouldnt lock low range without a custom tune via Advantage. Now that I run high side its easy, MPH in high range lock up. Boom. When I fall below said MPH, converter unlocks and the truck powers out.

I've always pulled better in High range Drive. Tried low a few times, always was 20-25 shorterComparison was same track, same nights.

I'm thinking 33in toyos I'm not a fan of messing with factory suspension. Wish 35's would fit stock.

That's what I done last year. But I need to work on my suspension to. I'm gonna do new tires and figure out my front end and see where tha gets me.

Confused me there... I've never hooked up, but I thought you kinda had to modify the suspension to put that kind of stress on a truck.

I modified my suspension for my preferred hobby, off roading. I can tell you one thing about Toyos. They're very easy to live with on the road day to day, and even better on the trail. (If you ever go off roading) I guess it would depend on the tracks you pull on if they would work well for you.

Curious, with a truck built for flexibility out in the rough, how would a lifted and locked truck fair if I ever tried to pull, just once? I'd hate to spray all my u-joints all over the track when she starts hopping.
