Duty cycle starts at 15‰ then shoots up to 65%. Icp goes up to about 156 psi and doesn't build any higher

One more thought, if you still have the fuel bowl and removed it to replace the hpop, did you pull your filter and cycle the key?

I took the hpop line off the head and it's more of a bubble out. I guess I was expecting more of a gush and make a big mess.

You probably just introduced even more air into your hpo system. Are you saying you pulled the line off and cranked the truck? If so, you should have a huge mess. Have you checked the engine oil level to make sure you have enough oil to even fire the injectors?

why do i feel like that HPOP was good but is now bad. and if it was stuck open it should be pouring fuel down into the cylinder.

That's what I was thinking. I just pointed the hose into a pan and it just "pulsed" out when I cranked. I was expecting a mess.. Oil level is good.

If a injector was stuck open would I get smoke?

Yes, but 7.3 injectors arent really known to hang open. Now it is possible for you to have pinched an injector o ring, or the injectors to be so damn worn out that they wont let enough oil pressure build, but I doubt thats your problem. 9 times out of 10, people have left something unplugged, or just havent cranked enough

I ran it with my 300/200s and just took it out to because I got a srp1.1. It could be the hpop.

Then he found the weak link. Lol, out of all the trucks ive worked on, ive just cranked and cranked, not caring a whole hell of a lot about the starters, because of they go bad, we would just replace them, but aside from my personal truck, ive never killed a starter from extended cranks, and like I said, ive basically tried to kill them before and couldnt do it

You are bleeding oil pressure or the pump is bad. I would be more inclined to pull the VC's and watch for leaks while cranking than swapping ipr valves and suspecting oil pumps at this point.

Have you tried cranking with the icp sensor unplugged?

I think I will try to pull the valve covers and see if the injectors and spitting oil or if anything is leaking.
