It may have a level kit or an Add-A-Leaf under it, but it looks a little small for 4" lift. Usually on the 350's with a 4" you can tuck 38-40" tires pretty easily

Check for part numbers on the front of the leaf's up front. Thatll tell you if its been lifted. Also, count the number of leaf's and check the shocks for part numbers.

Forgot to check the shocks, probably to rusty anyway. Ford springs up front, but it does have an add-a-leaf. Same blocks as the plow 350.

Still think it sits kinda high for just an add-a-leaf.

OK, measured from the ground to the wheel well.

New Truck - Rear 42.5" Front 42"-----5 Rear Leaves
Plow Truck - Rear 40" Front 38.75"---6 Rear leaves

I dont run the 35" inchers anymore. I took them off because they made the truck shake, and they werent worth the effort to rebalance them since they were dry rotting lol

well, im running a 31.6" tire, and a 315 equates to a 34.6" tire. so add 1.5 inches to my measurements to get a truck sitting on 35" inch tires...

40 3/4" in the front, 42 3/4" in the rear.

Add in the add-a-leaf, and theres your difference.

Do you have an AAL in the front? Regardless I wonder why mine looks like it has more wheel well space than yours, and why there's so much difference in the rear of my two trucks?

No AAL in the front of my truck.

Because one is diesel, and one is gas.

My F250 PSD was lower in the BACK than my dads F250 Gas truck. Same config. trucks. I dont know why it was like that, but it was. It was that way all the way until I did my axle swap. My front end was higherthan his, but then it sagged lol

Diesel trucks had different springs that went with them, front and rear IIRC.

Gas F250 = 8600lb GCVW
PSD F250 = 8800lb GCVW

Same for the F350's My Gasser is 9000lb, and I think a PSD one is 9200lb.

The dumb thing is, not only is it lower, but it has one more leaf too.

So is your final thought that all it has is an AAL?

I think so yes.

heres another with my truck on 35's

But my truck also has 5 leafs in the rear, with the overload included.

With a complete 7.3 PSD in the bed, it leveled the truck.

LOL yup, he still has the truck. I thought about a cowl hood for my 96 so it fit in. But I think it would get in the way for plowing. :D

And Shel will be alright with a little money, just tell her you couldnt pass up the deal LOL

I used to have the hood on my 96 EB F150.

But the 350 does the most work out of all my trucks as far as WORK, not towing.
