what is the pinning procedure that you're waiting for from fluidampr? They are only a few miles away from me

They were concerned about the rpm that this engine will see, and said it should be pinned to the crank if spinning over 3500 RPM.

gotcha. So they are now actually doing something about the fluidampr being the cause of blown LPOP gears when installed like many have been through?

I don't think so...the only pin kit they offer is for the Cummins fellas.
And the only time they suggest it for them is when they rev higher then 3500.

Sweet! How long do the LPOP gears typically last with the fluidampr? Do they get destroyed pretty quick? I know Chris (strokin6L) has one on his truck.

How long do you want to run it on the dually?

It's too much heat for the bushings I think.
Took it all apart, cleaned it all up...still tighter then it should be. Sure glad I decided to test the opening pressure again...
Wonder if the RCD adaptor flange is the same size?
I might just remove the flapper valve and weld the holes shut on the top and bottom.

Yes, it's the first time it's seized on me.
I had a bugger of a time trying to keep the hose from blowing off before.
