Right around 45-50psi. I'm not sure why I'm having trouble. If it doesn't blow the ic piping off, the boot will give out and rip causing a huge boost leak[/QU

I know I'm late to the party but I ran an 8.64 1/8th in my 05 eclb 4x4, with Warren 190/100 injectors, Innovative tunes, stock everything else.
I am running a 3 inch inlet(off the 66) to a 2.5 inch outlet (so I can utilize the stock intercooler piping) on a 45 degree angle.I running a Mishimoto 90* boot right off my turbo, 60+psi of boost and havent had a problem with mine...............yet

Cut up your stock IC pipe so you can use a straight 3"-3" coupler.
