Fuel Tank Sending Units - Short Bed on the top and Long Bed on the bottom. The measured resistance was similar on both units but we decided it would be best to swap the sender from the long bed tank onto the shortbed tank unit anyway. Tested it and it works perfect!

Measured Resistance:
Empty = 186.2 ohms
Full = 12.4 ohms

I think advertised is 185 Ohms for Empty and 15 Ohms for Full. Close enough. :)

Yep 12's. With the right suspension and tire combo you can get real good 60ft's with a 2wd.

800 is what it took for me with a somewhat slow 1.7 60ft. Your truck is a few hundred pounds lighter then mine. But diesel don't react quite as dramatic to weight differences like a gas motor does.

With the frame boxed that way, how are you going to get the front bed bolt clips to work on the frame?

Love the color scheme of this!

With a plasma cutter. :D And thanks! I thought the colors worked well together. The orange will likely be a bit more burnt on the actual truck though.

Drive shaft is in, fuel tank is in, and truck is back on the ground. Just a few more things to do before the bed goes back on. :redspotdance:

Out of town right now but I will post a picture next week. It won't look the way it was designed though. We are scrapping a few of the bolt on parts. The axle perch will be welded directly to the axle instead of being clamped from the top as designed. It should be stronger and leave less room for failure under hard launches.

I have heard of a few high hp 6.4's having issues with that flip kit.

Is it the axle spinning inside the axle perch/topside clamp? We kind of anticipated that may be an issue so the perch was welded to the axle tube to avoid spinning.

Please let me know if there are other known issues. Thanks in advance!
