Cody, what is the exhaust housing size your are using?

I went with the .95 on this one. .91 on the 66 worked pretty well so I figured this would be a good choice. Was unsure because the trubine is bigger on this GTX versus the 66.

Track times Sunday, less to be desired. Didn't want to leave 3rd gear so ran a 14.5 and 14.4. So going to pull the solenoids out and see what's going on. Also change up the TCM tuning. First time i've had the truck out at the track in a while and it was nice getting it out there. :)

Just a little update, finally getting some traction bar's put on the truck to help with the track. Curious to see how these base tunes will run with this GTX. Drives really nice, egt's are great, and spool up is awesome. I've really enjoyed driving with this turbo. I'm making some tweaks to the TCM tuning and will be running at the track this sunday.

Truck made a gain hp this weekend. Same tune as the s366 made, this GTX turbo 586hp (bout a 2hp jump HAHAHA). Now, that was on Custom Auto's dyno where I made the 584 hp on our dyno with the 66 and we were seeing some slightly lower numbers on their dyno compared to ours. Even the guy running it says theirs reads a little less than everyone else and I will say it didn't load nearly as hard (theirs is a mobile superflow) at a 25% load compared to our dynojet. But a gain is a gain and i'm happy regardless. I'm gonna try and get on our dyno after memorial day and see how it compares to the 66 on the same dyno. Not predicting anything as long as it's a gain i'm happy. The drive-ablility difference itself is a plus. LOL

Haven't really posted anything regarding the truck because, well nothing has really changed. LOL So I thought I'd post a couple pic's of this weekend's adventure. 14ft filled with a couple toy's and enough tables and chairs to seat 100 people. LOL

Making the climb up and over Horse Shu Bend Pass, summit of the pass is about 4250 ft and varies between a 6-7% grade on both sides. It's about a 4-5 mile climb. Truck didn't miss a beat, held temp steady and just pulled right through the hill with zero smoke. 2250-2500 rpm holding 1100-1150 egt's at 15psi of boost.

LOL Hey, my isspro's were the first add-on I did to my truck and until they quit working they aren't going anywhere. LOL And the CTS is just nice to have to watch everything else. When I start having issues with the gauges, is when i'll move everyhing over to the CTS2. LOL

Yeah there are some people who really do not know how to handle passes in the winters. Everyone think's their 4wd or awd car will save them in the snow and ice. Sometimes it does help, but there are times when nothing helps. LOL

The GTX made the truck sound like a Dyson in the intake and a 7.3 whistle out the tail pipe, especially at high idle. lol

Well haven't done much to the truck, but did switch monitors. And the BD Tap shifter does work properly with this little guy. So far, I like it. Need to mount it to my gauge pod but it show's some parameters that the CTS2 didn't. Which I like. :D It has quite a few different parameters loaded, but first impression it works good. Key on, it comes on as soon as the truck starts and see's alternator voltage, and then key off it turns off after 5-second's of showing no rpm signal.
