Ranch Truck resurrection

Had a bad injector and turbo was stuck so I swapped those out. Needs an Oil cooler, egr delete, and HPOP. Going to do studs sometime this winter. Did a full detail too, the carpet extractor pulled a couple pounds of dirt out.
