Red Truck comes apart....Again.

Looking good bro. I volunteer for tow rig duty when Mike blows this up again on the dyno! LOL

nope, Mike isn't allowed near this truck either!


Got some good progress going this weekend!

Got the Turbo drain welded into the oil pan, and then the motor, trans, and transfer case back in the truck, did a little touch up on the paint on the frame yesterday (pulled the tires off, and painted the hubs)


Another Stage 1 Intake manifold was done for the red truck, that was sent out to powder coat as well.

And Our coater dropped off the compressor housings yesterday afternoon as well.

I layed out the fuel system so a few parts have been ordered.

Tonights agenda:
Final torque the heads, install the oil rails, and button up the valve covers.
I should have piping back, and manifold back in a day or so. And I have one final piece coming in hopefully tonight! Goal is to have this truck running by then end of this week.

now your LP oil drain will be obvious to you so you don't do the unspeakable like last year LOL LOL. I hope Matt sees this...

oh yea that too, I still don't know how it fell off....at that point I was pretty much ready to drive the truck off a cliff.....then after your blew it up on the dyno...I was ready to push it off a cliff....


this year looks better though!

Another productive night last night

out with the old...in with the new, and yes that is the old style fitting, I was pretty surprised this truck even ran with it.

so other then the hpop, to driver side was torqued down, new stand pipes and dummy plugs, exhaust manifolds put on, and some wiring done.

waiting for a tensioner, belt, and our manifold which should be back from powder any day.

tonight, il get to the fuel system a bit, and put the turbos back together.
