Replacing metal fuel lines with rubber?

for B100, a neoprene/nitrile tube of a typical fuel/hydraulic hose will die. Our newest hoses have nylon veneer liners to withstand the caustic components in bio.

I've been using Gates barricade green stripe 3/8" hose for 9 years now trouble free.

I just had the truck apart and took the hoses off
The insides look great with no deterioration.
At least from what I can see on the ends.
