Rough idle and long start problem

So I got a new CPS. And it helped but it's still rough.. Disconnected the icp and it's still does it honking it's the ipr but wanted input on it from you guys.

Little more info I got from my solus today
At idle 680rpms
Exhaust back pressure 17psi
Ebp 1.20v
Epc 8.9v
Fuel PW 2.79ms
IAT 2.75v
IAT 79°f
ICP .9v
Injector control pressure 480-590psi
Inj pres reg 9%

At 1500 rpm
ICP 1.2v
IPR 13%

At 2000rpm
ICP 1.64
IPR 19%

Any change at idle when you disconnected the ICP? Also, any codes present?

Sounds like a loose wire, or bad connection. I'd look into that ebp, 17 psi at idle doesn't seem right.

That EBP is about normal. It includes absolute pressure.

Do you notice a change in the idle after warm up?
Does it start better after it has warmed up once each day?

Also, what does it default to when plugged? I know they do it because mine was plugged and there was a consrant reading. I wanna say it was stuck on 18.

I don't think there is a default it goes to if it is plugged up with soot. It would just read how much pressure the soot build up is putting on the diaphragm I am assuming. It would make sense if it just always stayed at 18psi when plugged because no air pressure is reaching the diaphragm to move it.
